Data Protection and GDPR Policy
Rapidstart Recruitment services will hold personal data relating to drivers. Such data will include; registration forms, references, address & telephone details, ban details, work, holiday and sickness records, next of kin details, pay and address & telephone details, pay and remuneration details and other records (which may, where necessary include sensitive data relating to drivers health and data held for equal opportunities purposes).
The company will hold such personal data for personnel administration and management purposes and to comply with its obligations regarding the retention of all records. Drivers right to access such data is prescribed by law and by signing a contract with Rapidstart Recruitment Services, drivers agree that the company may process personal data relating to them for personnel administration and management purposes and may, when necessary for those purposes, make such data available to its advisors, third parties providing products and/or services to the Company and as required by law.
In order to comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 all drivers must accept and sign a declaration on the above during the on boarding process and before starting on any assignment.
