Beth Simpson - Operations Director
I joined Rapid Start in February 2016. It’s more than just a job; it’s my work haven. I transitioned from a demanding role in healthcare, seeking a more balanced and fulfilling career. The opportunity to contribute to my family business and work alongside loved ones has been incredibly rewarding.
Working with family can be both challenging and incredibly fulfilling. It provides a unique sense of purpose and motivation. We strive to foster a team-oriented culture where everyone feels valued and empowered. Our daily tea meetings allow us to connect on a personal level and support one another. It’s a space to share both professional challenges and personal joys, ensuring we’re always there for each other. For us, Rapid start is a journey of growth and fulfilment.
Sara Emma - Finance Manager
Joined the Rapid Start family back in June 2021, I started as a consultant. After a bit of back-and-forth, I finally took the plunge and it’s been the best decision ever!
Working with family? It’s a dream come true! We’re a tight-knit bunch, and it’s incredible to see our family business grow. As Finance Manager, I’m the keeper of the purse strings, making sure everything’s running smoothly.
